Coffee table anyone?

Over the years we have collected various pieces of wood. All are different shapes, species and sizes. Those that follow our social media have seen I made some Oak benches through the lockdown period.

Wood needs to season before it can be worked, this allows the moisture content of the wood to lower to below 12%. Meaning it can now be used to make furniture and such like.

With this in mind I have started to make some coffee tables. Some have splits that have been resin filled, some are left natural. All are different in styles.

We do have some lovely large slabs still seasoning that will make large dining tables, keep your eyes peeled for these. If you are interested or would like to discuss a piece then please get in contact to discuss further.

We have used Evoke for our tree work for several years. As always, a very well-done job from start to finish, including the initial visit and obtaining the appropriate permissions from the WHC. All the trees were pruned as requested to a very good shape and the site was cleared of all rubbish.

Good service, provided by nice staff. The team handled the application process required for the removal of a number of very large lleyandii, plus the removal and stump grinding. Even dealing with having to work around a large amount of waste material and old fencing from previous owners.
